PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
I am Cuban American and graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1999. I also graduated from “The Autonomous University in Nuevo Leon” in 2008. I have lived and worked in Mexico. I have had my own law office since 2003. I have been a lawyer for more than twenty two years, and primarily attended to Spanish speaking clients with family and immigration issues.
THE ROJAS LAW FIRM (Immigration, Family Law, Criminal Defense)
Owner: May 2003 – Present
Created, operated, and managed solely my own law office and supervised a maximum of six employees regarding Immigration, Family Law and Criminal Defense. Conducted weekly radio shows for more than 13 years in Spanish on 920 AM for the purposes of educating the listeners, as well as for advertising my law office. Prepared cases from beginning to end in an attempt to bring the client their desired result. Experience in several trials, hearings, pleadings, motions, mediations, negotiations, etc.
